Over the past decade, I have been working with people to help better understand their story and to help them manage their pain and suffering. Since 2013, I have been a Registered Social Worker, working with individuals with mental health, addictions and history of trauma. My desire is to be present with individuals to help them be seen in the context of their story; with the hopes to connect them with their own strengths to move forward.  I invite you to connect with me to gain a better understanding of my services and to see if they are a fit for you.
